MUSIC!
Went to school earlier today. Wanted to walk around JP for a while, was looking for a new pair of Earphones. Ended buying a pair of Audio-Technica earphones. Fantastic quality to say the least. My previous pair was also Audio-Technica. Thing I really really like about that pair of earphones is that the bass reproduction is damn fantastic la. My lousy Sony earphones whenever the bass too loud become like shit liddat. Anyway, very happy with that HAHA!!
Went to school, had lots of time to kill. So I went to donate blood at the conviniently located near SBS blood donation drive. Anywayz, funny story. There was this obnoxious Ah Tiong(not trying to be racist or what hor), who keep on asking whether she can cut queue coz she got class at 430. So anyway, said Ah Tiong happily cut, and still ended up behind me on the next station coz she KUKU and dunno go where. Nvm, she cut again. I still nothing to say. Then anyway, by the time I finish bleeding into the plastic bag, she still haven't finish. I noe coz I was right next to her. Then nvm, I rushed to class, was late about 10mins la. Then lo and behold, 10 mins behind me, that stupid Ah Tiong oso suddenly appear in class. I totally didn't realise that she's my classmate lor. I was happily grinning inside coz she bug bug bug bug bug the whole world to go first, and yet, I still reach before her. MUAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!

Anyway, realised that my marketing tutor has this very strange fetish with presentations that are chock full of information to the point where the presentation can literally be read off the slide handouts. Doesn't seem to bother her that the presenters Fucked Up the ENTIRE presentation. Maybe I'm just jealous. Oh well, Life sucks, and It sucks to be me.
Anyway, I oso discovered that my blood pressure is dangerously high. Really have to start monitoring myself liao. Just my luck that its genetic and that both my parents have high blood too. Oh well, think maybe God is trying to tell me something with my renewed interest in getting fit. Another first was that this is the first time that I'm letting what my parents say about my health get to me. I swear that as I write this, I'm actually quite worried.
Oh Well. Hopefully I'll get better.
In any case, I exhausted my thoughts for one night. Dun feel like toking liao. Shall be back next time

What is Love?

Heyloz! Hope everyone had a Gr8 Lunar New Year. Had a very uneventful Chu Yi and Chu Er haha. Watched 2 movies with my parents , Love Matters and Inkheart
Love Matters is basically another typical Jack Neo movie that tries to pinpoint issues in Singapore today. In this movie, obviously the message is about Love.
I thought that the movie was okay in the beginning. But then towards the end it became quite crappy la. I mean seriously, the conclusion of the story was so forced that it literally dragged the whole movie down.
I did think that it raised relevant issues though. I can empathise with some of the characters and the things that they go through, because in some form or another, they happened to me before.
I still think that the movie was far from good though, HAHA!!
The other movie I watched was Inkheart. One thing I have to say. God is unfair. Like what the hell lor. Brendan Fraser after all these years still looks so damn young. Its not fair. LOL.
Anyway, I thought that Inkheart was somewhat alright but still a bit lacking. The pace of the Movie was good but at time it became somewhat stale. I also thought that the acting of all the supporting cast with the exception of some, was not fantastic.
One thing that was utterly captivating though, was the scenery shown throughout the movie. Absolutely FANTABULOUS!! The mountain landscape, beautiful I tell you.
All in all I liked the movie but thought that it could be better haha!!

MUSIC!
Hello everyone, I think that I have relatively been neglecting to blog for God only knows how long. SOOO, this is my welcome back post!!
Anyway, I'm suddenly inspired to write because of certain events that have been happening over the course of the time that I have not been blogging haha.
The most significant event of the year would be the fact that my sister left yesterday for Nottingham for exchange. Won't be seeing her for almost half a year. I will DEFINITELY miss her very very much. Dear Mei, please take care of yourself ok?
Anyway, brief summary of things that have happened to me. I'm now an MOE certified EFI! Joy!! Also have been doing camps for High Achievers on and off. I hope that I'm improving. Made many many new friends from work. Haha, Pram, Florence and Candice, Let's chiong camps together soon!!
On the Schoolwork side, Happily enough, I have been improving steadily in my grades. Quite happy with my results this sem!!
Have been appointed as the Stqudent Conductor for the NTU choir. I have to say that the job is totally not easy at all. Quite horrible in fact. Too much work, too little credit. Oh well, what job isn't like this LOL XD. Anyway, I think that throughout the course of the Christmas period and the new sem, there are many people that I'm very thankful to. Firstly Kai Wei, for always offering the help me with the NWC files. Teng Seng and Gim Keng, for always helping me with the tenor section during the choir camp. Hope you two like your X'mas presents haha. Lastly I think that I really REALLY need to thank Daryl for taking the ASC position. Even though haven't really done anything yet, I think that taking up the job and the added responsibilities on top of what you already have is very very "Wei Da". Very impressed with your attitude. Putting up with my nagging is something that not many can do HAHAHAHAHA!!!!
A certain friend ( you noe who you are ), has recently been a good influence on me. I suddenly got the urge to exercise and to go back to church. In fact, I think that for 2009, my new year resolution should be to be more proactive about my fitness and to also reconnect with God. I haven't really said this to you yet, but thanks very much for reminding me about so many things that I forgot.
On a side note, I will update my blog more regularly!!
Anyway, have recently been going through some emotional turmoil. At this point in time, I really have no idea what to do. A bit stressed out and depressed because there are very few people that I can really really talk to and who will give me their frank opinions. I really want to pour my heart out, but I can't. It just so sad.
Well anyway, its something that I'm working thru, Thanks to everyone who has helped me so far.
Anyway, let's end this on a positive note. Happy Lunar New Year Everyone. Hoping that you all will get many many ang pows and lots of lots of money. HAHA
